All these are stated in your paypal a/c, just login to paypal and click withdrawal

CIMB Bank Debit card, Can It Verify Paypal?
Website doesn't say anything about it. I have a saving account and was thinking about converting it into debit card.
Has anyone tried it?

I paid USD 7.98 for some services using PayPal. My PayPal account 's currency is RM. Before I pay, I expect that I will be charged RM2X.XX according to the conversion rate at http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert/?Amount=7.98&From=USD&To=MYR . However, I only being charged RM15.XX. This is a good news for me because I am paying cheaper. Thankfully. But, how can this be happened? PayPal offer different conversion rate when converting USD to RM to make me pay less? RM/US forex never drop below RM2 thru out my entire life. It is unbelievable to me too. But, click the following thumbnail sized picture and then zoom it to see the full size one: My PayPal account was linked to my Public Bank Day2Day Visa card. According to online banking, amount on hold also RM15.44. This post has been edited by cshong: Jan 13 2012, 05:27 PM

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jan 13 2012, 05:35 PM) I think you overlooked la.. And the screenshot i posted also showing "Net amount -$7.98USD (equals -RM15.44)". Added on January 13, 2012, 5:42 pmQUOTE(aeiou228 @ Jan 13 2012, 05:39 PM) But why the US4.79 ?? you paid US4.79 or US7.98 ? You can see the amount $7.98 USD, showed under "Original Transaction". the $4.79 USD that you said is conversion from RM15.44 into USD. In Paypal, convert $7.98 USD to RM = RM15.44, but convert RM15.44 to USD = USD $4.79. Don't know why. This post has been edited by cshong: Jan 13 2012, 05:46 PM

From the statement. Nothing wrong with the exchange. Because it was based on US4.79. So you only need to find out why it becomes US4.79.

I also hope that someone can tell me the reason. The merchant did charge me US$7.98, and my paypal balance is always $0 even before the payment, that mean nothing deducted from my paypal balance.
