hi, i just withdraw/receive some money from the sender's "business paypal verified" account. instead of receiving the full amount,i got charged USD2.16 under fee. the gross payment is stated in full amount but the net payment is the amount i get.

at the same time, i withdraw/receive some money from another sender's "business paypal non verfied" but no fee charged,full amount receive from my side.

can somebody tell me how paypal charge/calculate fee, a bit blur blur cause first time kena charge for a fee.


* fyi, my paypal is a personal account(non verified).
