Straight fwd question...
My friend want to transfer USD280 to my paypal account.
When withdraw, how much I'll get in RM after deduct any service/credit card fee...
I'm using Maybank credit card.

He need to choose "Payment owed", correct...?

What the diff between "Cleared" and "Completed"
