Yeah. I was wondering, since we all could use our local bank debit card to verify Paypal, what are the advantages that RHB has over other banks? Just the convenience of topping up and withdraw the money to our account FOC?

Having problem with TOP-UP facility. Fund debited from my account almost RM1K yet nothing credited to my PAYPAL account. Exchanging several emails with PAYPAL, call up the bank and nobody seems interested to solved this case. After a week no concrete solution nor explanation given, I filed this case to Consumer Tribunal..let see how.
Anybody facing this issue? |

If PayPal does not get your money, means that the money is stuck in RHB.Anybody facing this issue? PayPal will try to trace your money but it all depends on how fast RHB response to PayPal.
