hey , wanna ask. since paypal accept singaporean account, if we get a maybank singaporean account can we straight away change money to USD ?

After reading quite a few pages here, I saw many talked about USD conversion.
If I book a TGV ticket using PayPal, let say RM13.
Is PayPal gonna convert RM13 to USD, then USD back to MYR?

TGV is a Malaysian company based in Malaysia. Hence no currency conversion is involved here. You will be billed exactly RM13.

By the way guys, Paypal now also accept direct online funds transfer from several other local banks such as Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB Bank and Bank Islam too besides RHB Bank. However, you will be charged RM2 for each transfer whilst it is free if the transfer is done through RHB Bank.

To people have Paypal account, this is opportunity to make a business or side income.. I have a few frend doing it based on Islamic Banking method. You buy 1st then sale to them (people don't need Paypal Acc) with <3% as a profit or service charge even though they know actual price but make sure they paid in full 1st before you make an order. Cause not all people need Paypal account but they need item/product advertise in overseas web. My frend can make USD1,000 per month (min), Why not you all try....

Hi everyone , I have a Maybank Debit Card over here and can it be used for Paypal services ?

My Debit Card is the IMTEEN one ..... tried getting the card verified but it says

Error MessageThis credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

What can I do ? I am only 17 this year ... Help is much appreciated

some seller will insist on shipping to card billing address only

I believe so. Paypal normally consume your paypal balance before it credits from your bank account or debit card. No real experience using debit card, but my direct bank account linked to paypal.

Anyway, just charge the items you want to buy to your debit card via Paypal. Paypal will deduct the money inside your Paypal account first and charge the remaining balance to your linked/chosen debit card.
