Until now i have made a personal Paypal account, should i upgrade it to "Premier" in order to receive payment, does that make any different??

PAYPAL is lousy.

if you google it, many people can't get their money back because of their stupid policies thing.

They just keep saying they can't do so and they will ignore you after a month.

You must at least have a debit card to make it work then.

Paypal will transfers your money from your debit card to whatever currency that you want when you make a purchase. (Eg USD, AUD, GBP)

It is definitely a great , easy way to transfer money, especially when buying and selling internationally.

why is paypal deducting rm10 from my account??? few minutes ago i registered my EON bank debit card...

I using Maybank2U debit card and i and link my paypal with my debit card.
However, the Paypal is not debit any money from my Maybank...nid help please? and i did check with their CS of Maybank...they jz keep on asking me to refer to Paypal...

Erm, is like this, i brought something from Ebay. and i using Paypal to pay my purchase.
so the transaction should be deduct the money from my Maybank? or i nid to transfer the money into Paypal then only i can pay my stuff on Ebay?
