Does Premier Personal Paypal makes any different than normal Personal Paypal account? Kinda confuse eventhou i have read information from Paypal FAQ

i dont think no one is certain about withdrawal limit amount transfer to malaysia local bank......
if you goggled it, most common info says USD500/daily. Other info also says USD20,000 permonth or some says we just need check it through our account at "View Limit" at Withdraw Section in Paypal....... Perhaps we will only know if we do the "Trial-Error" method to withdraw the money???  but refer to Malaysia Paypal FAQ, the only question answered was How can i lift my withdrawal limit? and that's for the unverified Paypal account.
