Normally agent would let the buyer know this issue.....when the buyer come to c the unit....they will straight way to bring them to c the unit...unless the buyer want to c the surrounding ....that's time no choice loh...

i heard that she intended to give up her condo after the repairing.....i hope her can sell at good price....

go bck normal?...i think never decrease eventhough during wall copllase time...why?...simply becuase this is PJ property...even lousiest property in PJ, price also never decrease.

see the 1st page 2008 they said Ken 3 is bad for investment, at that time Ken 3 only sell 270k - 280k.

after 4.3 year. i.e this year 2013, the price go up as double 500k.

i think those reply on 1st page 2008 said Ken 3 is not worth invest will be regret now...

anyone realize the wall crack issue is quite serious on the main wall of ken 3, just right in front of guard house...not sure whether because of the the land there not so stable after the wall crack issue....but somehow price still shooting high a..

casa suites rm330k now selling 730k

tropics rm380k now selling above 800k
