if it's really that bad, how come the price is keep going up

If the issue of partition wall don't get resolved sure buyers will regret lo. I read sinchew central, one of the family resident there said they are quite scared to stay there now, they will also sent their children back to hometown during school holidays as quite scared to let their children alone in the house as they are away to work. Some even have move out and not dare to go back home during rainy day. However goverment has sent "land expert" to inspect the situation, he said still got safe distance between collapsed partition and the building so the the building is not in danger now. The resident and expert has different opinion.

ken 3 left right all tall building. one side got low cost apartment.

i know the security guard is very rude de....lift slow and small. Once visited a friend, waited more than 15 mins. it was after 9pm. whole lift full of people.. squezzzzzzzeeeee and that time i remember the lift no air-con.

but location is good!

why you so happy, people are having a disaster, some are their lifetime saving..

Normally agent would let the buyer know this issue.....when the buyer come to c the unit....they will straight way to bring them to c the unit...unless the buyer want to c the surrounding ....that's time no choice loh...

It is good for the residents there, of course oso good 4 my friend too.......she can move back to the condo...

i heard that she intended to give up her condo after the repairing.....i hope her can sell at good price....

the work on landslide had been done. proper wall on the river bank has been constructed. That is why price still shoot up..

should we also have to start worrying about earthquake and its impact on surrounding properties, for good measure?

no CF issued by developer, repair cost was pay by state gov, developer refuse to pay.  from Ken 3 to tropic around 1km, need to pass ameera, 5 stone, and jamisn tower, few row of terrace house, 1 row of shop, ken 1 and 2 than only reach tropic car park.....

and the repair is temporary fix, not permanent.
