Tmnuts damn cheating... i used their speedometer to check for bandwidth speed... which i dun usually do... and found out they are damn cheating... when i choose 512kb as my package, the result display my line speed is +-512kbps... but when i choose 1mb as my package, the results show i have +-1mbps... and they always ask to check our speed using their speedometer to test bandwidth speed everytime we complaint... MALAYSIA BOLEH!!

You ppl are lucky...my connection died since yesterday evening (14th) till...(15th)?. According to CS, they doing some maintenance in Tawau, Sabah. Now seems the connection are back...though i see no deferences between last time speed (before maintenance).

My question is...what are the significant gain after a such of long maintenance performed...and they doing this from time to time (repeatedly)?. Any improvement ?. "WE CURRENTLY ON MAINTENANCE"...what are the hell! meaning of this...if everything back to square ?

Dunno..lah...i hope one day someone with a keen knowledge about Broadband will take over or lead the TMNUT company...

Ok? My area been up and down for close to a week! And even when the connection is up, the speed hardly break 40k, most of the time stay at 16k. And I get a lot of connection timeout! I even get connection time out from 202.188.1.5!

Why is it when I turn on my torrent my MSN dies O.O
The connection is so annoying >_> It's like a killjoy.... nice connection then one or two days... it goes OMGOSHITSAFREAKINGMONKEY.

Something's wrong with streamyx.
for the past few days (since friday or sat), streamyx has been disconnecting every 5 seconds thus in the end causing me unable to even log in streamyx.
ADSL light on modem : Constantly blinking except for the occasional 4 second stable light.


1st day : 11pm
2nd day : 10pm
Monday : 9pm
Tuesday : 8pm
Wednesday :7pm

The period of disconnection is unknown. All i know is that the next day, everything works again. (I sleep at 4am and there's no internet as well).

As usual, called up streamyx, and I'm put through their customer service which follows instructions based on a guidebook.
If they're doing maintenance just say so.....

Bloody connection is really having bad mood swings lately. At the moment connection is fine but yesterday goddamn around 3pm connection just died was so slow. I just went out and when i got back around 7pm it was ok but not it's usual self.

Today the connection is ok but as soon as it hits evening damn it looks like a bad car crash just happened. I always preach on this forum that their statement to me and all other users is WE R UPGRADING

Eh if you are upgrading tell us what your bloody upgrading because sincerely we know more about your goddamn ISP then you do. Shit for brains customer service follow their trusted guide book like it's the holy bible. If they lose the guide book they will talk to us like chickens without heads

If it is a problem with their international cables or line congestion just say so and get it sorted out don't keep your customers trying to guess how to bloody fix your ISP or even worse think it's our fault something is wrong.
