daimon yeah last resort was I had to phone California. They were helping me through the mail system and of course if you play the game you can talk to the GM's so that's what i did. I had to pass them my tracerts and screenshots + any other particulars. After like 3 days they mailed back saying many people in Malaysia were writing in complaining so they said to phone them would make it easier to find the problem.

So i did. Finally they said it wasn't on their end as the tracert was showing it started from TMnut and the tech guy asked me to talk to TMnut i said i had like 6 times phone them telling them game ping high TMnut blame the game and international ping got nothing to do with them . So he said he will forward it to an admin and ask him to phone the ISP if i wanted and i was like please do and he asked me forward mail with the phone number and e-mail address.

1 week later bam low ping FTW . It's their tech support they are very helpful hell i been playing WOW 2 years and when i talk to GM's they really have always helped me out somehow or rather. Foreign countries know good service = happy paying customers. Atm i don't play WOW because RM115 for a game that's not working with our TMnut mood swings is pissing me off and I'm too lazy to go through the whole ordeal again. I'm just waiting though the 60.51 connection is fine when playing WOW .

I don't know thinking of selling the account have a buyer i want Diablo 3 but not sure when the release is gonna be probably very late next year or heaven forbid 2010 . I might just switch to Starcrat 2 we shall see. I do miss WOW however but 1nce i start damn can't stop hahaha .

I don't even know there is a rebate for TMNUT? Cancel service? How are you gonna go online then?? Care to reconmmend better ISP? 

Anyway, you can try call them up and ask about this though..

One thing though, 101% of us here wanted to changed ISP since ages ago  ,    but we can't really find one that really covers our area or better or atleast same level of customer services.., and thats why we all still stuck with TMNUT here and ranting, sigh..  

I just finished reading your PM thanks for the info. I sent you a PM so go check it. I just got a new modem/router/wireless. I was gonna buy Linksys but my uncle is going back to UK so he said to take his and use it why just let it sit in his home here and go to waste. So i just finished setting up my Linksys WAG200G. I'm very happy with it surfing is super also it has so many settings I'm still fiddling around with it.

TMnut slowly is getting faster but still frustrating. So aunty oops how is your net coming along is the connection better. I am lucky to use a better modem now at least eventhough TMnet sux the modem is doing it's very best to churn out all the speed it can get.

Try using the software i gave you if your having high pings during online games and also if you multi task a lot with other application sucking bandwidth in the background. I'll be back gonna have a snack . I'm not fat just hungry

Erm, RM66 only 512k speed only.., not 5MB, RM77 only 1MB, so how can you get 5MB for only RM66?? 

Finally 1 month+ TMnut send their technician to totally change my telephone line outside my home. Now i would like to congratulate them but i can't seeing as how i had to supervise these mentally challenged technicians.

1st they ring my doorbell then ask if this is the right address

2nd I'm totally clueless why they have come when just the other day i was told they were closing my report because international links they have no say

3rd I play along and ask what is he here for and he says to set up a new telephone line cable

4th He thinks he is smart and starts wiring my telephone line at the front of my house & i ask him what he is doing. He say's the same thing again and i tell him my telephone pole is located behind my house and that this telephone pole is not connected to anything. He looks at me stupefied and smiles like a retard and goes to the right pole.

5th Finally gets the job done right and now my cables don't have it's wiring protruding out

6th Does a magic trick even Houdini would be proud off and disappears not even asking if my phone line works. Luckily it did

7th International links still sux because TMnut is my provider

8th No alternative but to go ahead and use this mediocre service

9th Recruiting Taliban suicide bombers to take out TMnut

10th WE PARTY LIKE 1957 because TMnut is no more

11th I save Malaysia with my own broadband service but sadly is worst then TMnut

I'm in Malacca connection stable no disconnections at all. As usual though the international links connection speeds leaves me fuming . Bloody hell certain sites are slower than usual then you have some sites which are fast and fine. What are those bird brains up 2? I know if i phone them 1st blame me if that doesn't work go the try and trusted way.

They are starting to test my patience. It's already running very thin now the service is like a roller coaster. If you are upgrading say so and give a time limit sadly they always fail to either upgrade or fix the connection in that time limit so to remedy the situation they just keep quite and act like everything is 100% ok and users like us think our modem, virus, spyware, hardware etc... is to blame for the connection degradation.

Stupid bloody terrorists running the company. It's time to strap some one up with high amount of explosives and yell Viva La Malaysia! while running straight into TMnut...

For this plan to work i think daimon you should do it because your the most affected by TMnut
