I'm stuck with that ip now. And I don't know how to restart my router...I tried switching off and on again my modem but same ip still...

I think Streamyx have the worse customer service ever.
I need to call them 4TIMES before they are willing to make a report for me.
Yesterday my internet connection suddenly went down at 2-3pm then cant online back.
So i call the dreaded 1300889515.
First time, they reset my port.
Second time, their system fail so they say cannot check my status
Third time, ask me for error code so I call back later cause i am not infront of my pc.
Fourth time, i told them the error code then that fella ask me do ipconfig la, do direct connect la?! I WAS LIKE WTF i already did all that. DAMM ANGRY.
Finally I keep on insist MAKE THE BLARDY REPORT for me only that fella do it.

I already keep telling them I have ADSL stable light, definitely not my connection problem and my LAN card is working fine correctly since i connect using my router. Why they are so troublesome ask customer to do this and that.  Took me from 3pm-7pm only they make my report!!!!

Btw, did a test inside my router.
ATM OAM end to end ping (FAIL)
PPOE Server Connectivity (FAIL)
So any expert networking guys here know what will cause this 2 things to fail? Maybe it can help those F*%#&K TM engineers solve the problem faster.

looks like TMNUT capping users to 30kB/s...i'm on a 512 plan which should be around 50-60kB/s but today can only do less than 30...stooooooopiddddddd screamyx....oh...btw i'm from perak...
