hate that tw hybrid, headache for nothing. *sigh*
the direct assigning mp3 as ringtone is as ? issit that assigning those mp3 in the internal memory as ringtone function ?
happen to the TW WX-T91 firmware only or also to he HK firmware ?
and the most important thing, how long it took for perform fw upgrade ar ?
*
Hmm the firmware you're using now able to assign ringtone from a mp3 file but on the HK or official TW firmware, you can't. You have to use trick method to assign AAC ringtone.

Not to say firmware upgrade but changing firmware. It will take around less than 30 minutes.

he means if you use HK firmware then u cant set mp3 as ringtone directly,
need to convert to aac then use the trick to set..

firmware upgrade think half to 1 hr?

Hmm, not sure yet but could try. Just bear in mind that the price should be around RM2500 exclude shipping to Malaysia and misc. fees and tax that might be imposed. The phone only price without contract is going for NT$22,388 with exchange rate of RM11.10 = NT$100.

If buying phone without contract, chances the phone is not locked to FarEasTone... yet to confirm.

QUOTE(fuminari @ May 6 2008, 08:36 AM)
alo to all the taikor, i just aquired the rare V903SH n bump into few headache.
my V903SH is HK firware (based on the shortcut button on the left as described in discussion)
tried to read thru V4 til V6 but still cant locate the closest answer to my headache.

now i have to seek for all the taikor's advise to fix this noobie headache i have :
1. i cant seem to install the java app. went into mini opera page and it manage to dowload the app but din seem to install it.
now wat i see is the installation file (i guess?) is in the memory. when try to run, prompt  "can't open".
2. i notice that there is few place that noted 2GB is the max it could go and i decided to grab one.
now after i tried it, it seem to behave abnormally.
the phone detect 2GB after format it from phone. but bring to PC, it show empty as there is no file or folder inside. if i drop some file inside, by duplicating the folder structure, the phone wont recognize them at all.

now headache for few day to get this resolve d.
hope that taikor can help explain wat is going wrong on my phone.

1) for 903sh, when we so call download the java file, it will directly install for us into the phone memory, or maybe u can try download other java app & see?
2) so far i only know 1GB miniSD is working properly with 903SH

QUOTE(fuminari @ May 6 2008, 09:37 AM)
thanks for ur advise, will try to work on my schedule for it then.
any suggestion of which firmware to go ar ? to get that java working ?
*
i was previously using HK firmware v1.05X, no problem with java software

Sharp WX-T92 network sale
Today this is not exclusive news, Far EasTone is the official announcement of their network, so you see the specifications, pictures, Far EasTone unless their mistakes, or else is 100 percent credible things. In fact, these information networks have spread and the earlier the same, high rates of the door at 16,088 yuan, the renewal of the general price to 18,688 yuan, single price is 22,388 yuan; Blue launched the first wave of red color, of which Taiwan is pink Proprietary color, which is remote from the opening of the new network by the store to see the news. The downstairs blue color red is to be launched in Taiwan's T92 mobile phone color, but it is remote site retrieve the picture down, quality is not good, I feel taken seems to be very hasty, and in general the United States and the United States government plans a mobile phone Gap.
