alo to all the taikor, i just aquired the rare V903SH n bump into few headache.
my V903SH is HK firware (based on the shortcut button on the left as described in discussion)
tried to read thru V4 til V6 but still cant locate the closest answer to my headache.

now i have to seek for all the taikor's advise to fix this noobie headache i have :
1. i cant seem to install the java app. went into mini opera page and it manage to dowload the app but din seem to install it.
now wat i see is the installation file (i guess?) is in the memory. when try to run, prompt "can't open".
2. i notice that there is few place that noted 2GB is the max it could go and i decided to grab one.
now after i tried it, it seem to behave abnormally.
the phone detect 2GB after format it from phone. but bring to PC, it show empty as there is no file or folder inside. if i drop some file inside, by duplicating the folder structure, the phone wont recognize them at all.

now headache for few day to get this resolve d.
hope that taikor can help explain wat is going wrong on my phone.

yup mine exactly like that, but Q-sim/ benny's sim la. Guess there isn't the need to post my pics. Stability wise is oke as long as you don't manually re-search the signal. If not it will be set to fixture at one signal tower and you'll be back to square one.

but 903sh support up to 1GB SD card only if not mistaken..

ehh, cis kena tricked by those info on the web d. now had to go search for 1GB then.
another thing forgot to mention, the symptom on no.2 doesn't happen on 128MB card.

by any chance you have that hk/tw hybrid firmware? you have the IN! button and a black bar instead of red? If you do you have the hybrid fw and java doesnt work for some reason

it's with that firmware and yup, it's with IN! with a black bar. that means that i i'm screwed ?
do i need it to get it reflash ? if reflash oso i think only few ppl can do so, all oso in KL at least as i understand.

not sure bout black bar but original HK should come with red one,
but as awong said it most probably not working on ur firmware..

reflashing 903sh as I know someone at melaka can do it as well but not sure bout the service,
maybe u should let us know where is ur location is better..

original hk fw, euro, are probably best for your needs, if you need chinese support then original red bar hk

Java is working on any firmware other than Taiwan Hybrid. If you need Chinese input with PinYin, go for HK Firmware, if you need ZhuYin input, go for Taiwan WX-T91 firmware but you need to sacrifice the convenience for directly assigning MP3 ringtone though.
