QUOTE(za_az @ Mar 16 2008, 11:09 AM) Make me wonder oso... How bout ur trfc & MAL? Could it be due to that Dun really understand QUOTE(awh85 @ Mar 16 2008, 11:12 AM) how does half multiplier affect? in the end, the clock speed still same right? my trfc is 75 and my mal is 8. how about urs? ( QUOTE(za_az @ Mar 16 2008, 11:17 AM) with half cpu multiplier like 8.5, 9.5, 10.5... etc d ram tends to run lower than d speed indicated by cpu-z... it happened way back in old skool 939's days... |

then how to see the real speed for ram? u mean instead of
* 9.5 x 300 = 2850, 2850/3=950 i get * 9 x 300 = 2700, 2700/3=900 only? |

QUOTE(xixo_12 @ Mar 16 2008, 11:17 AM) check previous result at the previous thread... i post about 1620.. easy to oc?? good ocer?? look at the pic... single core is just simple... so if u wanna play the latest games better stick to x2.. if just play solitaire for me it enuff... i still can do the calculation using design software.. so no prob so far...i'm not too gamers » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I see, sweet ! But the vcore looks high but SPI 1M is cool QUOTE(-pWs- @ Mar 16 2008, 11:35 AM) Guys, It is great for guidelines Just click on the SPI score, it will link to your result screenie. QUOTE(awh85 @ Mar 16 2008, 11:59 AM) then how to see the real speed for ram? u mean instead of just avoid usin it, am afraid it's too hard to dig out d fact considerin not much amd clockers nowadays... but definitely d half multi is d culprit. try to run mem benchmark usin half multi & full multi, u'll notice d diff... easiest is to try it usin memtst dos base iirc... * 9.5 x 300 = 2850, 2850/3=950 i get * 9 x 300 = 2700, 2700/3=900 only? edited: QUOTE Originally Posted by Wildstyle (DRAM frequency) X (RAM divider) = CPU frequency Dividers are all whole numbers, so if you use a half multiplier your memory speed is calculated by using the next highest whole number.
