QUOTE(sHawTY @ Mar 15 2008, 08:08 PM) Is there any hacked bios for Biostar TForce 560 A2+? set the DDR RAM speed to DDR 400Thinking of overclocking my mum's PC to the max. Her PC is using AMD X2 +4000, Biostar TForce 560 A2+ & Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz 4GB Kit. Right now, no overclocking is done. Is there any possibility that i could run the ram and the X2 +4000 & the ram @ 1:1 ratio? Sorry, n00b in AMD here. QUOTE(Lacus @ Mar 15 2008, 08:45 PM) WEEE raise the multiplier slowly to da max if u can't boot at a certain multi, raise the vcore a notch no need to touch other setting (RAM/Chipset Speed & Voltage) should get 3.1-3.4 QUOTE(cracksys @ Mar 15 2008, 09:32 PM) woi gua report kang baru tau |

QUOTE(E-J@1 @ Mar 15 2008, 10:05 PM) say, how much of MHz (Proc) can be increase if u lower the multi? d purpose of lowerin d ram multi is to minimize d chance of ram causin instability. it's hard to oc both cpu & ram at d same time. if both GHz is the same better to stay with higher multi × lower htt, rite? plus no other settings than the multi & vcore need to tweak Added on March 15, 2008, 10:06 pm ur ta780g didn't got any mem chip for the on-board graphic rite? when d max clock of cpu is found, proceed with findin d max speed of ram, and finally find d sweet spot for both. yup, max clock always come 1st... |
