dc happens usually on high-speed due to loss of (signal) connection ... or unable to "hold" the connection (due to various factors between you and the provider)

As long as the network is not flooded with too many servers that they cannot cope, peak hours is not a problem for them. smile.gif

Hello, Can I ask you guys if U-broadband blocks torrents and p2p like maxis broadband (using now)? Since I'm using post-paid and cheaper, thinking of using a mobile broadband instead of streamyx..thx!

not sure the speed from torrenting/p2p.

if unsure, get umobile broadband on prepaid to try.

i'm getting really fedup with my billing problem from umobile. they keep barring my line and saying i owe them this amount that amount but infact i dont owe them. last sms received saying i owe them rm306. they admit is their system problem but it happens every month since my promo package ended. what to do? close account and re-open another to settle once and for all? no doubt umobile connection and speed is good but this billing problem that auto bars my account is really making me jump ship to maxis.
