U can use iRinger. Its the simplest program that i've encountered. try google for it. The program set a 30 sec timeframe for the ringtone automatically and put the ringtones straight in itunes after convertion. U can even take sound from movies or youtube (if not mistaken) and convert it to ringtones.

Hello everybody, i am interested in getting one of the iphone, either thee 8gb or 16gb. What is the market price for that 2 models now ?

Try do a search in Garage sales (under mobile phones) or bulk sales. U'll get the idea how much. If outside i.e from shops, it would be a tad expensive.

8GB-at least RM2.2k

16GB-at least RM2.5k
