QUOTE(DeanKueh @ Oct 11 2009, 08:18 PM) hi guys Not allowed to change to another traveller. Wrong spelling can change.recently my friend jst made a flight booking for me with air asia and appearently he spelled my name wrongly.the fare was booked with the 'economy promo' . thing is i checked around the website and it appears that 'economy promo' arent allowed to have name changes. but when they say name changes does it mean i'm not allowed to change to a different persons name or/and im not allowed to edit the mistake? thanks Go to Air Asia office, show them your i/c and get it change, FOC. Don't bother to call, sales from 12 Oct - 18 Oct, line sure gets very busy wan. Worst if you are put on hold for a long time liao then they tell you to go to their office. |

Many months ago, I helped my aunt and her family to book an AirAsia flight from Kuching to Singapore. There is only one AirAsia flight from Kuching to Singapore, originally scheduled at 6.40pm.
Guess what? A few days ago, AirAsia give me a surprise itinerary email stated that flight retimed from 6.40pm to 8.45am morning same day. Although my auntie feel happy with this retime, but I feel sorry for those foreigners who booked the same flight will have more less time in Kuching. |

1. hand carry luggage is 7kg max allowed but only allowed bags ect, no box or parcels.
2. if u r flying domestic (within malaysia) then perfume is ok. if flying oversea, then u r not allow to carry liquid more than 100ml (or less can't remember). if u bring, they will take away. 3. hand carry luggage is free but if it is more than 7kg, u r not allowed to bring in, they will ask u go to counter to check in. |

I used to purchased air ticket for our co. FW when repatriation, used my CC but I never escort them to airport. I always help malay colleagues buy tickets, they pay me cash & I buy online for them, so confirm no problem, u no need to bring your parents to show them unless u want to introduce your parents to them If u book room in genting, then card holder must present during room check-in. I dunno now still d same or not. But AA confirmed OK. |

I suggest you not to use AirAsia goholiday to book hotel. I done some research online. A lot of complaints about Hotel booking with AirAsia GoHoliday (e.g. Customer name not listed in computer system in Hotel, etc). Better book directly with the hotel or through travel agent. |

Question on the hot seats. Is the leg room for the 1st row comparable to the leg room in the emergency rows?
Is there more space in the 1st row compared to the regular seats? |

Like u can see on SQ's floor plan also but they don't show exact one. on SQ the 1st row show not much but in reality for the larger planes is quite a big distance. very nice. Emergency row also about the same. So not really good to estimatela. I blur sotong wasn't paying attention the last time i was on AA or maybe cramped until brain also stopped working didn't notice lah. So tot i'd ask n see if any kind soul here noticed or notloh. Appreciate it anyone noticed. Thanks. |

Recently my flight Tianjin to KL was delayed for 3.5 hours and i did not get any compensation gift. I was reading this T&C and i found this. Anyone can let me know what does this mean? My flight was D7 and it was Air Asia X.
Who qualifies for this Guarantee? Guests who have checked-in and proceeded with their journey despite the delay. However, guests on AirAsia X flights (airline prefix D7 only) are not eligible for the guarantee as pre-existing recovery measures are available.
