1. hand carry luggage is 7kg max allowed but only allowed bags ect, no box or parcels.

2. if u r flying domestic (within malaysia) then perfume is ok. if flying oversea, then u r not allow to carry liquid more than 100ml (or less can't remember). if u bring, they will take away.

3. hand carry luggage is free but if it is more than 7kg, u r not allowed to bring in, they will ask u go to counter to check in.

can i use a debit card to make payment ?
but it's an australian bank debit card?
can i?
no credit card right now..  sad.gif

n if i use my parents cc to book on AA goholiday, the hotel said that "a valid ID or Passport and credit card must be presented upon check-in",does this mean i have to bring my parents cc to show as a proof?
what if i dont bring the cc during check in,what will happen?
any idea?
thannxx!
*
no need to show CC during check in. d time u book online they charged 2 your CC immediately, they dun care whose card u use as long as they received money.

I used to purchased air ticket for our co. FW when repatriation, used my CC but I never escort them to airport. I always help malay colleagues buy tickets, they pay me cash & I buy online for them, so confirm no problem, u no need to bring your parents to show them unless u want to introduce your parents to them whistling.gif

If u book room in genting, then card holder must present during room check-in. I dunno now still d same or not. But AA confirmed OK.

changing date only applicable on normal tickets hor, For econo promo & those tickets selling at dirt cheap prices, no changes allowed
*
purchased eco promo ticket can change date & time also but imposed RM75 admin charges per person and u have to top up the diff of air ticket fare. Say your promo ticket fare is RM29, after changing date, the new fare on that day is RM129, then u need to top up RM100. I did it for my foreign workers b4.

Hi,

I bought the wrong ticket. wrong origin only, destination correct. can I change the destination? or need to topup? or totally cannot?
*
u can't change destination/origin online, u just can change date & time. Maybe u need to call Air Asia to ask for correction, tell them u selected wrong origin, but u will need to top up if the new fare is more expensive. if it is cheaper than no refund. I m sure that it will be more expensive coz online price & via phone operator is different. u must call immediately.

Well, everyone have complaints. But sometimes, you also have to consider that you get what you paid for.

True, but sometimes, the consumers forgot that they paid for peanuts and expect a diamond  tongue.gif
