changing date only applicable on normal tickets hor, For econo promo & those tickets selling at dirt cheap prices, no changes allowed

purchased eco promo ticket can change date & time also but imposed RM75 admin charges per person and u have to top up the diff of air ticket fare. Say your promo ticket fare is RM29, after changing date, the new fare on that day is RM129, then u need to top up RM100. I did it for my foreign workers b4.

Might work out cheaper if buy a new ticket, than to pay to change date!

Those bought at very cheap fare, eg KUL-PEN @ RM9, well, be prepared to forfeit if can not make it lor... He he, which is also why nowadays I don't pre book and pay for the baggage fee and meals., if need later, can always book for under "manage bookings" when nearer to the departure date..

Don't know since when, Air Asia has conveniently imposed a RM$5 Convenience Fee, when you make online payment through online booking!

It is being charged as per way, per person.

Guess what's next? Charge for checking in? Charge for printing boarding pass? Charge for using the plane's toilet? Charge for the toilet paper??.....

i suggest u to buy ticket by online as u can get cheaper rate..
i tried call AA b4 to buy ticket and they give me the rate exp than online (tht time i tot call cheaper than online booking)..so i just buy from online

same goes to MAS and SIA, i called them and they advise me book online will get cheaper rate and easy for me to get more details/convenience

But, not everyone got credit/debit card or registered for online banking.

There may have some people have no credit/debit card and not registered for online banking, but need to book a flight immediately. Therefore, booking a flight by visiting the airline office or travel agent and pay by cash is the only option.

And, if a person need to book a flight which departure time is within 24 hours, he/she cannot book online because AirAsia currently does not accept online booking for flight within 24 hours.

hihihehe, you not been on AirAsia's flights before? You wont get anything other than the seat you paid for and perhaps sometimes, free newspapers and the view on board only Travel360 magazine. What other things you want, you need to pay for it.

Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone can help me.

My husband and I booked an AA Go Holiday package online to Phuket. But due to unforseen circumtances, we are required to be back to KL a day earlier than what was pruchased.

Can we change the date on our return tickets? How much is the change fee if so? We bought the package on regular pricing.

Thanks in advance.

nothing much you can do but to buy a new ticket. happened to me a month ago. I had to forego my tickets. Thankfully the hotel was nice enough to reschedule our visit although GoHoliday did not really agree.
