Hi, may I know whether I can still install plaster ceiling after installing airconds? I wanted to hide the hideous piping in all my bedrooms.

Dear bigbangisvip,

Technically speaking it could be done, as we will open a manhole (service hole that allows technician to access to those pipes) for maintenance purposes. Besides, maintenance for air-cond will mostly involve will the outlet only as the pipes will not have much problem in within 2-3 years. However, it's all depends on the position of air-cond.

Hi all,

Want to ask for the L Box and Fan...

If I want to install a fan at the living room, do I need to have special wiring for fan or can I use the light wiring for the fan?

How about the fan hook? need to ask who to put it on? Should I ask the man that do the plaster ceiling to do it or ask the electrical man to put it on when I buy the fan?

For the L Box, how to do the wiring for the light? can use the existing light point? how many is needed?

Thanks a lot
Pai

If not mistaken, I think it is the box-up where you can place the down lights.

Hi,

I'm planning to install plaster ceiling to my new house. Total house build up is about 2590 sq. How much is the budget that I should prepare and do you have any recommended contractor with a good workmanship (not prefer indon but if they are really a good skill worker maybe will consider) and reasonable price? The design would be something like the following picture or the contractor can suggest me design that would look nice with the house. I would prefer simple and modern design. What else should I prepare that usually the contractor does not include when they install the plaster ceiling? I just know that I need to get the ceiling fan on our own cost, got anything else??? You can PM or SMS me on 013-697197...The house will be ready to be renovate within 3-4 weeks time cause I'm waiting for the bank to release the last payment to the developer and then only I will have my key.

Below is the floor plan...the current ceiling height is about 11 f:

Just wanna ask, is it advisable to attach satellite speakers to the plaster ceiling itself (probably a small one, maybe those typical PC speaker size). If possible don't want to put them on the floor cuz of messy cables.

Subwoofer, no choice have to put on floor la.
