Dear all,

I have a contractor just quoted plaster ceiling RM4.00psf for flat design include painting.

Living + dining: 25ft x 16ft

Is this price reasonable?

Thank you in advance.

this is only for flat board plaster ceiling..will he charge you for downlight opening? My 1st contractor charge me RM1.90 psf..but downlight opening is RM5 per hole..new contractor charge me RM2.50psf but downlight opening inclusive already

I think it is not inclusive of downlight opening yet and fan. Wow, i think your contractor charge u RM 2.50 psf is cheaper than RM 3.50psf mentioned by other forumers. Somemore include downlight opening.

How is his workmanship?

I need to do flat plaster ceiling with about 8 downlight openings & 1 fan.
Location: Klang

Can u pm me the contractor's contact?

Thanks

PM you already..call and ask la...My whole house is from them...so I'm not sure is it because of that my downlight opening is free (inclusive) since it is a big job...some area exp bit some cheaper...so actually somewhere somehow the cost is covered...go drive around my area and check out the renovation going on...workmanship is good...
