for my PS, the contractor charge me around RM2897 for living hall, dining hall, dry kitchen and guest room..

Can give his number or not.. For my house 900sqf contractor quote me more than 7k not include down light!! Im half dead woo

No i ask for basic plaster board n normal cornice..one down light he charge me rm50, so for down light n wiring around 1k..For the ceiling 7k plus.. He quote me lumpsum.. I think its too muchh..

Ask him break down all the details...

Is it normal price for down light is rm50?
I ask him to break down the price, but he told me he can only give lumpsum amount coz that include breaking the old ceiling n throwing the rubbish!
Will quote with other contractor to check if the price is same.. 

Guys what you think of this quote I got from Plaster ceiling guy called Ah keong from cheras? Note that most of the plaster ceiling steel/alu rod which is used to hold the plaster board is beyond 2 feet coz my ceiling is very high. Thanks in advance

just curious..

RM50 for downlight includes what?

- downlight itself (casing + bulb)?
- drill hole?
- wiring (from light point? from switch?)
- others?

for Light box (RM13 pfr) what is the wide measurement?

and which one should be done 1st? install air cond or plaster ceil work?
