Guys, I need ya opinion. Was quoted Plaster Ceiling for entire house 2728 sq ft @ RM3.50 psf, Not including corniche, RM 9,500.00
I feel its n the high side. Can someone recommend me a reliable plaster ceiling contractor to me. I read in the forum about Mr Yee. Can anyone vouch for his work and is there anyone else I can be referred to. I'm from Cheras by the way. Thank you in advance.

plaster ceiling normally around RM 2.10 to 2.30. As your is quite large area, should be able get better rate than RM3.50. Get a few other quotes to compare.

RM3.50 for flat design is quite expensive. I know 1 contractor from cheras also which offer a more decent price and nice finishing as well. If you need the contact, please let me know coz i have to find his card some where at the house corner sweat.gif

Hi Sifus,

I am having difficulty to choose in between downlight and lightbox.

What I have is a 22x11 ft living room, is it ok to just put the lightbox with T5 on the longer side of my living room (left 22ft and right 22ft)?

Would the brightness be sufficient if compare to putting 8x6" donwlight on the center for the same area?

Note: I can only choose one of them sad.gif

The lights inside the light box alone will not bright enough for any reading.
Why is it that you could only choose one of them?
