Well.. If ur rigs run on water cooled, then vcore 1.6v still ok. Otherwise, please keep it below 1.6v. Its a kill.. Have u disable the memory acceleration mode and set the performance mode to standard?

Hm.. Only FSB230 aka 15% from stock need so much powah feeded? Hm.. I not really sure with Northwood proc as i never own any before. But for Prescott 1.6v is an over kill already. Unless run at water cooled.

Haha.. Change all ur fan to delta fan.. That 1 got muuuchhh more pOwah to cool down ur rigs. Btw, the memory acceleration mode set to auto means if ur FSB goes beyond >200 it will auto disable it. Dont worry. Lol.. If im not mistaken, the performance mode was something like tighten the NB timing. It might a pull down of why u cant hit 3.6Ghz. Try make it as normal and see how. Otherwise... 1.7v Vcore!!!

Haha.. Than stay at safe point 1st. Guess 3.45Ghz should be enough already right? Actually 15% OC from stock is very good already. Ofcause can find out the maximum spot for ya proc is better. Atleast u know how much it can go.

Hm.. 32'c is actually very COOOOOOOLD already man. If u try Prescott then will know what is the pain. My rigs are running 10'c hotter then urs on current 3.68Ghz. What do u think man..

Lol.. Hm.. That what i felt lo.. E6600 some more.. 2GB of ram.. Gosh! But the GC really shiok.. HD3870 eh! But overall.. Ofcause gaming sure the C2D lead. But in term of responsive and application i still feel like my rigs does better. Maybe lacking of tweaking for that system. But his system seems very empty. Just a Kaspersky, office 03 and few standard software thats all.

Yea.. I was using Krait. Actually wanna grab DA but out of budget.. But i most of the time was play RPG/Strategy game, so 3 button is enough for me la. Dont need to activate On the Fly function. Haha.. Oh yea.. The map are huge!! I got limited space to fix it in.

Lol.. Mine was same as Pengster thou. Just the entry level of gaming mouse. But heck.. Its a nice mouse. 1600dpi is enough for strategy game. Actually plan to get deathadder.. But out of $$..

Btw, regarding to the assassin creed... Maybe we can suggest edmin to give a try on that game. He always our old school game tester.

Guess my system max speed was 4.017Ghz.. Tried all the possible way to push higher but still failed. Even take off 1 pair of the ran and run 2 stick also stucked.

Vcore set at 1.55v, vagp and vdimm push to max. Ram timing were 3-4-4-8, performance mode off, PAT mode off. Still unable to load windows. Able to go trough POST mode, and window were loading half way freeze. Gotta restart. Vcore has go up to 1.55v guess is the danger stage for prescott already. Guess i need to have water cooling in order to hit higher speed thou. Need more vcore..

The maxium speed that i can achieved with quad ram dimm were 3.98Ghz. And i faced some weird problem. Anyone have real player? Haha.. I had record down the video of the weird problem. Do have a look and share with me with is going on. Well.. Was using my crappy k800i video. I was on .3gp mode so need to have real player or any equivalent player to play this file.

Yea.. See the strange thingy? And i unable to load into windows. The system just were keep on running without load into windows. And the weird loaading bar.. Stuck stuck.. Lag all the way.

Hm.. Thats what happened when i hit 4.0Ghz with 4 dimm of RAM. Issues solved after i take off the Corsair. With Patriot everything is fine but system hang once load onto welcome screen.

Ehe.. Those 4 stick of ram still able to hold as tight as 2.5-3-3-8 until 3.8Ghz.. But when go beyond 3.8Ghz then need to loosen the CL to 3. Yea.. I think i had overvoltage too much already. 1.55v was the maximum i can hit with air cooled. After that when i reset my system back to stock speed, my sound card driver is gone. Gotta reinstall back.
