I think this psu for normal and slightly overclocking is still fine.Quite a good & reliable psu.

Fraps i dun have the *ahem one and i couldn't record down the game played. But i notice in the game mine is always getting 28-30FPS in gaming.In crowd,i have forgotten already.Next time need to notice and see.

@kabu,i guess your 7300GT should be able to play smooth in 1280*1024 resolution display. Open 4XAA ? erm...i'm not that confident it can play smooth.

@fylon,that's why i ask kabu not to practice that.Else he will be crying along the game.Haha.Your 76GT if can o/c another extra 100MHz...wao i just you problem will be able to solve in crowded scene.

Your GC still have problem with driver use? Seems like ATI GC has serious campatibility issues.

@fylon,600/750 on your card can get how many marks?3D mark 06 is a bit stressing on your 7600GT.

AS long as your proc doesn't exist 1.6V then it will be safe from the syndrome.I believe your proc can easily o/c to reach 3.2GHz.

@fylon,nice to see your RAM can acheive 255MHz with that timing.4GHz is damn nice for gaming. Have a safe journey to KL.

More and more ppl are going to the dark side already.Anyway,the 78GS is quite a strong performer.This card still have a certain market value even it's already stop for production.

Opps,maybe can ask fylon about his CPU score.I've no idea on it.Our CPU seems like really hold back the GC by a lot in 3D mark 06.

@kabu,i also don't install the 3D mark 05 & 06. They are heavy for my GC and processor too.I can suggest you to use Sandra if you want,you may directly compare your benchmark of your proc to other newer procs like C2D.By the time you see it,you will know our old school is not really powerful.

@fylon,update us with your new o/c result if have.Me,kabu and edmin are waiting for you.You are correct,all the IT stuff in LYP are cheaper compare to other places.Even in my hometown,Kajang there is an All IT Hyper but the shop there is lame.Lack of latest products.

Guys,bored with overclock?Play with some downclock settings. laugh.gif

@fylon,for Northwood default vCore is 1.525v.So raising to 1.6v is still fine for the core.Unlike Prescott,1.6v is already overkill for it.
@pengster,you might slight decrease a bit the vCore if you want.Set to 1.575v if your mobo has the selection.I use only 1.575v to run at 3.68GHz.

Downclock temp is just slightly 1 degree lower from usual reading only. doh.gif But the Abit sensor is a bit problem,usually it reports in higher reading. But after i downclock it,the proc itself is consuming about 66w only by using Sandra Monitoring software.My mobo will always read lower in the core temp as the is a slightly fluctuation. wink.gif Your mobo temp sensor is accurate as my howetown 2.6C is having similar readings as yours.
