A lot of other brokers just leave you to explore yourself. Answering email, answering phone, all those are normal service and if a broker cant even do it, should ask them close shop.

As for HLeBroking, they hand hold me on how to do trading. They provide classes FOC for new traders to learn the rope of online trading. Every now and then, they will also have classes on how to use charting. All these are extremely useful for me.

Yeah I remember vaguely they had some free seminars/classes. laugh.gif

Just head over to their office. You don't need someone familiar. The staff there were all pretty friendly.

If you're in KL, head over to their KL office.
There is another one in First Avenue, the building beside 1 Utama shopping center.

You can get their number at their website which you can google. Remember to clarify what documents you'll require to produce when you visit them ya. Don't waste your trip there.

Not sure if they do 'delivery'. sweat.gif

I know some other brokerages do. Well my current remisier is a Miss Caryn if I am not mistaken. You can try asking for her. As an individual, please go for a direct account.

Yes I did mine at First Avenue, the branch near 1 Utama.

you can just prepare everything listed on the checklist(except the signature of ADA, but remember to put in the RM10 cash note), then post to them via poslaju or pos express to their office. They will contact you and do the rest.
