I've been doing my trades the DIY way using the HLe platform. I'd suppose that the charges are different when you call them up and ask for orders to be placed.

Guess we're told differently by the staff when we went to open our accounts. I asked if we really need an account opened. Lady said 'yes'. But I already have an existing account so yeah...

Please be advised that w.e.f. 1st January 2015, RM0.50 will be imposed as processing fee for every cheque issued. Alternatively, you can request for funds withdrawal via eCredit Facility at no cost.

On the other hand, a cheque will take approximately 3 working days to clear whereas it will only take 1 day for the funds to appear in your bank account should you opt for direct crediting services. It will be much faster!

We highly appreciate if you could spare some of your precious time to fill up the attached form for direct crediting facilities to any bank of your choice.

received this, do we need to fill up as we already have account link to HLIB account?

I open account oredi. Among all brokers that I had account with, I must say that HLeBroking's team of dealers provide the best service. I was told that they provide training on their platform on a forthnightly basis to assist newbie like me to get started. This is memang best.
