Applied online and the checklists says so. Aiks I went and photocopy 6 hopefully it's not going to be wasted.

Also if anyone knows, the completion guide says to initial in every bottom right corner does it mean the terms and conditions? Or just the form itself?
*
So weird ....My completion guide only requires 1 Photocopy IC.

I applied online and I need to sign documents and mail to them.

There is space for witness' signature. Does it means that I either need to go to the investment bank to sign in front of the officer or sign in front of notary public?

When will the fund be available if let's say I transferred the money to my trust account via hong leong connect at 7pm? Do I actually need to do the settlement part as I tried to click on "enter payment details" but I was redirected to the 1st screen when I click on settlement.

yes, you need to complete the settlement for them to proceed. 7pm is quite late already, you can call them and ask them to update your account as you have just transferred an amount of money to your trading account. 15 mins for them to update your trading balance after you have made the call.

Ok... I'm wondering if there's a cut off time for settlement? When I click on "enter payment details", I'll be redirected to the payment screen again (the screen with the client code and document type).

Guys just wanna confirm. Say if I buy a stock at 1.9 and the order is confirmed. But after the next day the order is not in the my orders and is not there in my portfolio. Does it mean the stock didn't get purchased? And is it due to the fact my price can't be matched?

You don't need to guess. HLeB will send email to you if your price is matched.
Or you can check in the app. For example, in Android app, go to Menu > Order Status.

I just deposit 10k in my cds account last week and only rm9900 is available to buy share. I called my broker today and he said they deduct rm100 for fee. How to calculate if I bought share totalling rm9900? Fee is excluded?

That's why I am so curious...usually brokerage fee will be calculated only when we buy shares. This time they deduct awal-awal...is it like that for cds account? This is my 1st time put money in cds account. Before this I put in nominee account.

CDS only cost RM 10 to open. Call them and ask them for the fees breakdown or the link to their T&C.

RM 100 is outrages ! vmad.gif
