i bought a new netbook..

my hlebroking dont know why cannot save my favourite list.. once i refresh or close my trading window and open back.. the favourite counters all gone..

anyone can help?

HLB just give me a pile of paper ask me to fill in and return back to them,they will send to headquarter.Ask them question,reply me they dont know anything about it for that branch!

Im trying to open an account with Hle Broking online. Then they give a form to be completed. My problem is the section where I need to get Dealer Representative sign/declaration. How to get this one?

Just open a value trade account, WTA let's say I only have RHB online banking and now I want to transfer money to my hle trading account how to do it? (the user guide is abit hard to understand)

OR, isit easier if I open a Hong Leong bank saving account and transfer to the Hong Leong saving account then transfer from the saving account to hle?

Does it have any extra charges when I transfer money from Maybank saving to this trading account?

I am new to this, thinking whether I should open a trading acc in maybank or HL.

i got a BAD or urgent question to ask, please help to discuss.

i have been using HLe internet trading for over 2 years. recently the line had been unstable - meaning, there were times i could not key in to sell, and the message was ...declined, please refer to your remmisier.

i lost quite a bit due to this because i could not sell fast enough via this HLe platform. i had to call my remisier and he would call up the IT department and the line was free again but it took many minutes.

Please let me know if this has happened to anyone, or what i need to do?

Guys just wanna confirm. Say if I buy a stock at 1.9 and the order is confirmed. But after the next day the order is not in the my orders and is not there in my portfolio. Does it mean the stock didn't get purchased? And is it due to the fact my price can't be matched?

Why my ectrade does not always show the full screen... cannot see all the stock listing..

HLE broking for mobile broke down again? Seem like it's happening quite often lately.
