Below are the information which is advisable to be provided when you contact us. At the mean time, you may try the following solution. Thank you.
Solution:
1. Try to relocate your iZZi User Terminal (modem) to a different area for getting a better signal strength and ensure the signal is stable and not fluctuating.
2. Ensure the anti-virus and firewall software on your computer is disabled. By doing so we can ensure the issue is not caused by the anti-virus or firewall software.
3. Ensure there is no other online application or software running (normally it is shown at the System Tray, bottom right of the monitor), then go to http://www.izzi.com.my/speedtest/ to perform a speed test for getting the actual download and upload speed.

Good morningafternoonevening. I would like to address this issue seriously.
About one month ago (January) I sent a mail to Izzi asking about why the speed is slow at my area Taman Midah & I didnt get any reply. Are you ignoring your customers complaints ? I didnt get the speed that was advertised by Izzi 1Mbps and you expect me to tahan & telan all this thing into my stomach ? I dont think so...
Ok new matter. Recently I discovered Izzi has been starting to throttle customer internet speed. Why I say so ? Because during daytime from 7am-2am if my data usage exceeds approximately 150MB my speed suddenly deteriorate. And I am not talking about bittorrent speed being cut but http surfing speed http download speed basically everything was being throtttled to a certain degree. The strange thing is your izzi speed test is showing superb speed but this doesnt show at all during my usage of internet. I will attach some proof to you...

What I try to bring out is that yes speedtest & download Izzi driver is fast but surfing international sites & download things from international server is slow. This thing only happen if I exceed 150MB usage during the day.
Please respond to me enlighten me with what is going on. And the speed at Taman Midah here sucks as well also. When will Izzi build another base station here?
P.S. : It tooks me tremendous amount of time to upload these photos. Now you knwo what I mean ?
It looks like a copy-&-paste stuff, isn't it?
