tried calling their customer service to cancel your subscribtion. If no one pickup then the best option is to stop the auto debit.

Sad to say...izzi will give billions of excuses to tel u can't terminate so they can keep on charging you extra...

fastest way is to just stop d credit card n get d bank to reissue a new card

if not mistaken the bank need instruction from the merchant to stop d auto debit coz you signed and authorised izzi when you sign up d package...

"Bcoz the so call izzi ISP keep charging me and not entertain my request to terminate the service, so I have to terminate my card" <-- like that?

Try to call and speak the same thing to the your credit card bank, i've no idea what bank you using but for my case, Yes, it was settled dat way.

do not subscribe to this izzi broadband

and do not sign the auto debit service with them

i think this company has financial issue

no one will entertain you if you have problem either technical or refund

until now i still did not get back my cheque

yes, you have to ask the bank to change your credit card (new credit card number) and submit the dispute form to bank

i collected back my overcharge cheques (over 13 months overcharge) after half year and they still own me the trade in cheque (returned the usb device to them)

even you go to their office, only 2~3 staff working compare with last time

if you do not believe, dial 1800888638 no one pickup the phone
or
if maybe lucky if the guy call wilson answer your call for 21720828
