Dam .. whole last night no line after heavy storm .. looks like kena thunder again .. usually fix by morning .. now .. wth .. not fix yet ..

lol, i tot my modem kaput, seemed like it's whole cheras affected... sigh... izzi izzi become difficult ...somemore no discount anymore, want me to pay freaking 88 bucks per month next 14 dec (expired) onwards
will sure change to U-mobile or Yes. |

it's been so long since i see any roadshow for iZZinet. Their website also got no updates on promotions. Anybody knows the future of iZZi? Is their company growing?

I've called them 3 times since early Nov and they didn't reply/call me back after I've open their so-called 'official case'...
The last time I called, I told the guy "is it difficult for you guys to call us back for an explanation or a solution??" The guy said "you can call us back for latest updates" That really made my day and I just @%#$ him on the phone(no curse words la XD) that how they do customer support when there is no update on website or giving us info of what happen... sigh... My package expired this 25th, so if they don't wanna serve me as a 2 year old customer, thank you... I'll get other ISPs |

 ... unlike last time now only 80 - 30kbps ... small "b" ok ... no more 1M liao ... last time got 1M when non daily cap & non peak ... now anytime also jia lat  But the t0rrent can still go ...  I think i stop my t0rrent liao and say good bye to Izzi forever  |
