Me 2 jz realised being auto-debited for 4 months on 30th August...after 10pm now cant call d BS customer service...any authority we can go to about dis issue guys?

Bro, complain to SKMM...they will "help" to "talk" to that bugger Suremess...if want faster way out, then lodge a case with consumer tribunal and go for the hearing...else you'd never get ur money back
