Dear all izzi users,
I have the overpay issue since I have registered the credit cards auto-debit service with izzi, insteads of charging me 1 time subscription fee per momth, they charge me 2 or 3 times every months since april.........now i think i have overpaid a few months (i.e. I have contact their account manager Wilson regarding the overpay issue but util now, no refund, no news, no action to take (when i am asking for the termination of this auto-debit service)... he alway told me "wait for my call" ........last 2 months ago, until now & then I call him today What can I do for this? HELP! I think i have no patient now & i am going to cancel the subscrption of this izzi package ...........even i am happy with the service provided |

do not subscribe to this izzi broadband
