coverage is very important for the wireless broadband
any users stay in kepong or damasara height? I need ur comment pls

after 3 mths, how much per mth shann I pay for it

recently, esp this mth, the speed of izzi is poor in kepong area, what happen to the server?

Dear all izzi users,

I have the overpay issue since I have registered the credit cards auto-debit service with izzi, insteads of charging me 1 time subscription fee per momth, they charge me 2 or 3 times every months since april.........now i think i have overpaid a few months (i.e.

I have contact their account manager Wilson regarding the overpay issue
but util now, no refund, no news, no action to take (when i am asking for the termination of this auto-debit service)...
he alway told me "wait for my call" ........last 2 months ago, until now & then I call him today same answer.....

What can I do for this? HELP!


I think i have no patient now & i am going to cancel the subscrption of this izzi package ...........even i am happy with the service provided

yes, the connection is very stable, but i would advice you do not subscribe the auto-debit credit card

they charge me the subscription fee 3 to 4 times every month since march 2010
totally, i have over paid 12 times until now, and have asked for terminate the auto-debit service since June 2010, they will try to ingore you & have waited for the refund more than 3 months, still get nothing

Just fax the Dispute form to the Bank with th letter of auto debit termination (ask for it almost 2 weeeks, and ave to call them everday) issued from IZZInet, with these, I hope the Bank can terminate the auto-debit service next month

and I have reported my case (i.e. refund since June 2010) to SKMM yesterday

do not subscribe to this izzi broadband

and do not sign the auto debit service with them

i think this company has financial issue

no one will entertain you if you have problem either technical or refund

until now i still did not get back my cheque

i collected back my overcharge cheques (over 13 months overcharge) after half year and they still own me the trade in cheque (returned the usb device to them)

even you go to their office, only 2~3 staff working compare with last time

if you do not believe, dial 1800888638 no one pickup the phone
or
if maybe lucky if the guy call wilson answer your call for 21720828
