Sad to say...izzi will give billions of excuses to tel u can't terminate so they can keep on charging you extra...

fastest way is to just stop d credit card n get d bank to reissue a new card
*
how u ask the bank to stop the card and reissue the new one?

"Bcoz the so call izzi ISP keep charging me and not entertain my request to terminate the service, so I have to terminate my card" <-- like that?

do not subscribe to this izzi broadband

and do not sign the auto debit service with them

i think this company has financial issue

no one will entertain you if you have problem either technical or refund

until now i still did not get back my cheque

Added on January 24, 2011, 3:50 pm

yes, you have to ask the bank to change your credit card (new credit card number) and submit the dispute form to bank

Added on January 24, 2011, 3:52 pm
can not, submit the dispute form and ask the bank to change the new credit card for you
*

just to share with u all.

Previously I submitted my complaint to SKMM and CFM complaint portal. Sad to say, none of them have any feedback or reply, especially the CFM... pending on vendor acknowledgement. Do you think Izzi will response as they not even answer the calls.

Maybe have to use other method and channel. Any good suggestion for this?

QUOTE(hazairi @ Mar 18 2011, 03:27 PM)
Guys, if u wanna reach Izzinet, here is the number:

03-21720812
or
03-21720828

Wilson will usually pick up the phone. But you will find that it's hard for him to take the call. From my experience, the great time to call is from 1030am till 1130am Mondays to Fridays.

Good Luck!

Added on March 18, 2011, 3:30 pmAnother thing to add..
To cancel the credit card autodebit, you must fax a letter to izzinet and the fax number is:

03-21720988
*
Thanks for the info. Last week called twice, but same, no one pick up.

Already sent email and postal mail to their company address, will fax in by tomorrow also.

Just update from my area.. I connect to Izzi using Sunway Parkcity, Damansara Tower. I'm using it for 3 years.  Got auto notice that there will terminate my account on this 2 April 2010 ...speed still OK, uncapped with 90+kBps on midnight... Luckily I don't use auto debit since my credit card was cloned April last years, 2 month before auto debit will take over. From then I only bought prepaid for 6 month ( RM78 per month ) then after that only only top up in monthly basic because there is no option to top up for 3 month or 6 month ( look like they starting to closed already ). In a last few day, I'm cannot log in into my account at all... that is give me a clear stated that they closed already.. Will used it as much as i can for the the last few day for my torrent..  sweat.gif  Bye-bye Izzinet... looking for others ISP right now,

QUOTE(KelvinYTC @ Apr 4 2011, 05:00 PM)
Hi, I realise that there is no connectivity since 1 April 2011..thinking was it April Fool.. really surprise to know IZZInet when confirm by Wilson that it has shut down their operation on last week. I called my broadband dealer they told me that the last auto debit payment was on 15 March 2011, so moving this month April 2011 onwards will not charge to Credit Card... so no need to cancel the CC..let see the coming month statement to confirm that.
*
who is your bb dealer?

Added on April 4, 2011, 5:46 pmthen, how bout those been paid one lump sum? how to get back the refund? any idea? coz call office no one pick up... call wilson... depands on luck
