I am not going to subscribed Maxis either.Just that i feel a bit disappointed on the connection speed. It's totally different when the 1, 2 months i subscribes. |

Yes, i knew and i understand, that's why i said even ask for the refund, i can't get the FULL refund. get it?? Well, i called to their Technical team just now. They have closed my case (Report# given y'day) without update the status to me until i found out from another technician. Now, they gave me another Report # again. Feel really upset on that. At least update me with the status. |

Well, then this proof that you guys saying the different thing! And you are trying to push the responsibility away from customer. When i subscribes that time, nobody advise me on this. OR you are try to hint that those ppl/ agent who trying to promote the item that time, just want to get sales?? and after all... dun care about those customer?? U see, i paid 1.4k (if not mistaken).. and i suppose to get 1mb connection speed, if you say, i can get 800++kbps, i am still ok with it.. But as i mentioned, i NEVER get to enjoy the high speed connection. So, do you mean, when the technician come over to my place to test on it, they trying to play some tricks and show me the high speed performance?? The best part is.. just now the technician said.. they did tunning last few weeks, and not sure it is causing the problem that my area not supporting anymore, so do u mean is that my problem?? and i did not get inform by Izzi team about that news??? So, is that my problem as well? BTW, your replied damn good! that's show how good is the service .. I wonder what if ur Boss to see this kind of replied from their own staff. QUOTE(Anodize @ Mar 25 2008, 08:57 PM) Well, it's nothing to do with u... you can ignore it.Sorry.. i dun like to reveal ppl's privacy or information although u may 1 of the Izzi's staff If you want to know.. u better ask edwinlim a.k.a DJ SlamZ's for the information, how he view my profile. This let me suspect he is the one who simply close the report without any update status.. |

first of all, i am not a staff. Though i work closely with izzi technical guy but i have no authority to ask them what to do.
Second of all, I would like to know how to see profiles for my own knowledge only. 3rd, i strongly suggest ppl to do a test run first before purchasing. 4th, as for the bandwidth becoming weak, i can do nothing about that except to ask them to lodge more report so that the CS would take it up to the management to consider building extra tower near the affected area. I hope everyone that reads this understand where i am standing at. |

i think your mistake was to come in the thread and made her even more pissed of at your services, wether you are a technical guy or not. if you cannot help solve the problem, bugger off, a spurned customer is 45 times worse than a customer who is merely disaapointed at your so-called sevices.
besides, i think her point is that you are making the problem worse by flamebaiting your own customers funny lah you Izzi people. |

Did i said u get paid from Izzi? Refer to my previous post.. i said that u MIGHT be 1 of Izzi Staff.. and i never said that I am SURE u are Izzi's staff. You are one funny women. no... it should be funny lady. Do you know what you are talking about? its as if you are suffering from your tedious work. maybe you are still blur... posting sooo early in the morning. but don't you know that getting another base station is out sources to sub contractor? So, if edwinlim not a technical guy, he shouldn't replied something where so sensitive and implying Izzi's product not reliable. and i have check with Izzi, he working with Izzi and is thier staff. This i can CONFIRM. If you are working with izzi but implying that ur own product is not reliable, how are u going to gain the trust from customer? I dun sounds funny.. do u see me laughing? I am very clear with what i'm talking about. what got to do with i wake up early in da morning and post it?? i am posting my connection speed in da morning, aint i? any problem with that? do u need to call police and tell them?? I will drop by their office later if i want to.. thx for ur advice. This post has been edited by C@Th: Mar 26 2008, 01:14 PM |

Anodize, you don't get paid by iZZi, but you sell subscriptions. Are you claiming you don't get any commission from that? Exactly how are you *not* getting paid by iZZi then?
Leave C@th alone. She's a pissed-off subscriber, and my advice to her would be to cut her losses, cancel the subscription, take the refund and tell EVERYONE she knows that iZZi is a shitty broadband provider and that they shouldn't waste their money on them. It's just not worth all the aggravation she's going through. |

I do not get commision from izzi. I do however get commision from other source. If you look in another point of view, you will never hear compliments from those people that are using it without any problem. Customers that are not satisfied with the service, could terminate it.
Cath, you subscribed to izzi in october, if you are not satisfied with the connection now, you could terminate it as its still within half year subscription. Though its 50% refund, its better than nothing as you've got good connection previously right? You've been pretty lucky that you've chosen izzi. If you had subscribed to other service provider, you are bound to pay for monthly subscription whether you liked it or not. Added on March 26, 2008, 6:32 pmI am now in summit and the connection here is fine. so, i assume that connection in usj 1 is fine too. This post has been edited by Anodize: Mar 26 2008, 06:32 PM |
