actually this should count as anime haha.
as for critic, since it is standing pose so i see nothing wrong there, but hair can use other method to do it and fingers or palm should be bigger for adult man.
head size i m not sure, for me it seems little bigger. in anime , character height measured by head unit.

head too big, shoulder too narrow..and if according to the logic standing pose, your leg shouldnt be like this =) also hand a bit short and fist too small

another one from me..someone comment..three hour done in Sai paintool

body size doesnt seem proportionate to the hand though..the hand seems quite short compared to the kinda big body..

as for painting, can use more colours. you will realised everything will be more interesting. and of coz shadows part can be darker and contrast overall..also pick a nicer skin tone

p/s:seems like im the one that commenting all the time..lol..and actually when i comment, i learnt too. =) i hope the more i can see, the more i can learnt.

btw, i kinda like this senior work..
