I have problems drawing the eyes... can some one teach me what is the main thing that will make eyes look lively?

get reference book.
or sometimes you try post your work and see who is free and hand itchy to fix your work then you know what things you are lack of.

shading need improve, lines shapes etc also need, basically overall i will say draw again or you just take a photo and try draw again.
i m not sure original hand is looks like what, but from the picture i assume the hand is fat?

well as usual obeserve the body anatomy, the face proportion for that. deviantart got a lot tutorial can use. just get right the proportion first.

for now cant see it yet, no need bother that unless many people say this looks like "who's drawing" etc.

anatomy? not really accurate, that 's why i suggest you go do some frame sketches first, no need proceed to cloth first.

not really accurate? can you give me accurate comment like legs too long etc. coz i cant improve with that comment.

oh well go observe yourself , from any manga , or get 1-2 copies of human anatomy drawing books.
