as if architects have a specific vision size tongue.gif.

no, it's totally up to u and ur pocket. some people would just buy a small screen laptop, but later buys a large monitor, a keyboard, mouse and speakers for work comfortability. laptops with large screensize can cost considerably more than the small screened ones. after 3 years ur laptop might be obsolete, so if u have extra monitor, u neednt worry about forking out more money on large screened laptops.

no AMDx2 or dual core or core2duo or quad core

architecture is about attitude, not entirely about skill or tools

Marishka Hargatay, what about studying Architecture in Unisell wahai Azarimy ? No good ? Currently my option is Alfa, Poli and that's all. I was thinking about Unisell. But Unisell doesn't appear in your chart. So please MTV, pimp my ride.

there are several places u can go for diploma, which have been stated in the first post. but if u're going for IPTA like UTM and UiTM, then u'd have to go through UPU, which is only open once a year (usually in march through april).

private colleges like Alfa, taylor's, LUCT and IUCTT are expensive, but the advantage is they have more than one intakes per year.

polytechnics are more established and well rounded, but most just not interested in them because of the perceived lack of prestige. truthfully, a lot of architects in malaysia are from polytechnic, so these perceptions are not well founded.

can u qualify for PTPTN loan? if u can, then perhaps private schools arent a bad choice altogether.

well, u can get someone who're familiar with QS to open the topic. right now, such topics are only maintained if there's at least one person with considerable amount of information to manage the thread.

i could manage for QS, but i believe it's better for QS people to handle it themselves. i'm an architect. in the real world, QS dont really get along with architects tongue.gif hehehe.
