I am using a standard student violin. It is three years old and I started with this violin. There is a lot scratches but.. I love my own violin compare with those new ones that costs more than RM4, 000.

Old instruments are better sometimes.

LoL!

I am looking forward for a handmade instrument next few years when I am getting better. China made violins costs around RM1, 500 are good too, I have tried those and might be buying one.

If I got the bucks, I will save it until around RM6, 000 and buy a German handmade ones. Keep in mind to play it everyday to make the violin season and sounds better.

I am a college student studying design. Thanks to my parents, I could not study music. I attend music school all by myself. I have plans to study for music after my current course, so right now I am studying music history in the mean time. My point is..keep your dreams alive.

About buying violins, I heard there is RM6, 000 German handmade but I do not know whether it is a genuine or not.
