well, that's the reason i join forum, to get fast exchange of information and opinion...
when people ask questions and if i know, i just answer...

people like you, who always ask others to go google or research... it's better you don't reply anything at all... since it's not helping anything at all...

thanks for not spoon feeding me anyway...
*
i agree with you. asking question does not mean asking to be spoon fed.

Looking forward. For PR to win:

1. Malay opposition need a true strong leader than Anwar, like Chinese opposition DAP Lim Kit Siang.

2. Opposition needs to reach & help more people, especially the poor & less educated @ non urban area.

3. Fair play. bn as gamble house can play many dirty tricks, a proper & audit election process will help.

Bersih campaign will not help. The good thing? Voters are getting more matured & educated, voting rates among youngers are increasing. Even then, earliest PR can make total victory likely GE15

Lose election nevermind. Never lose HOPE. Let us work together for better Malaysia, for the good of our future generation smile.gif

quite a nice place...in fact i will consider buying there if i want to stay around that area...

besides the hill...near to the metropolitan park...

errmm...problem on parking if you have more than 1 car...and the roads leading to that apartment is quite congested with both sides of the road always fully parked...

i know because i have relative staying there...so far quite ok... you may want to ask about the apartment management though... smile.gif

overall, i think still pretty OK...

Hi kevyeoh,
Thanks for the feedback. Do you ever heard about pipe leakage over there ? or some other headache issues ?
Any idea how's the market price now ? If compare to nearby Relau Vista (which is higher density), which one is better ?
Thanks!

pipe leakage is quite common in any other apartments right?
previously there's concern on the management fund because there are quite a lot of units not doing their monthly maintenance payment...

but the issue appears to be solved as the management went to issue lawyer letter...not too sure...

nothing major when i visited that place....

if there's unit available...you can make appointment...and best to see for yourself...afterall, you'll be the one staying there...

for me...i find that place OK and i don't mind staying there....

SPI nice place to live right now. Weather is mild and cool and traffic not too bad. I suspect the place might boom once Setia Triangle and the other nearby projects start to complete. Unfortunately it will bring much more traffic. The internet coverage sucks though: SP Setia and Telekom Malaysia are in some kind of wrangle and it's affecting Streamyx/Unifi coverage in the area tongue.gif

In terms of livability, I think Sg Ara is getting too congested already. With Pearl Island, the population density is currently less due to the large number of gated developments and you have easier access to the TLCE Expressway and Sg Nibong expressway (IMHO). However, eventually I think it will catch up...
