Hi all,
Do you guys think N-Park is worth buying now? Is it already hit the maximum price(~RM270k)?
Plan to buy one to stay, while renting out another 2 rooms. Is it worth to get one unit at N-Park?

wanted to ask...if we ask property agent to help sell the house in mainland, they will charge 2% commission from the owner. Is that a common practice?
i know pg island charge 1% owner and 1 % buyer...

I look for 2 agent edi, they mention will charge owner 2% commission...

Real estate agent shd be paid minimum 2%. There is wrong that agent collect commission fr Purchaser (unless that the agent is appointed by the agent to source for a house in specific area). I came across 2 Penangite owners in KL, really kiam siap!
