The 1% commission is like ah Pek n
Ah Yee agent. Both buyer n seller should pay 1% each, but sometimes end up paying 0.5% from both sides... My dad kena selling a landed in Georgetown. Imagine 600k for landed 6-7 yrs back...ai yaaa |

Yes very good location n view.
Much better than gurney view. For 1250 per sq, it's high but for location n view, I think it's justified. Just imagine beside e&o and with ytl as developer.... |

Launching this year but month not sure. Make sure u got enough deposit n ensure that your net income is 50% more than your monthly debt... |

at 175k but it looks small n I dun think there's a lot of potential. Have u seen the area and are u planning to stay there? |
