Just would like to know your thoughts on Penang Times Square. Do you think this place is nice to stay and will bring some capital appreciations? I'm a bit tempted with the Birch Residence Phase 2 but wonder if it's worth the value and investment.

Are you a penangite? If you notice komtar town area surrounding, it is now occupied with older generation, younger generation has move out of that area to newly developed residential...

Worth it or not still depends on personal preference.

I'm penangite but working in KL. Currently looking for a condo to let my elderly stay there.

Hopefully the units can near to morning market and easy access to supermarkets if need to buy some goods.

BJ court freehold rm150k only but kinda compact 700sf. Walk down got shopping & hypermkt, surrounding shops, wet mkt & hawker stalls .. If yr budget higher lots places can choose.
