I see 2 pieces of breadboard near your 450D. What are you trying to create for your camera? Btw, how much you bought the breadboard?

Might give it a try if I'm not lazy, and I'm lazy most of the time, maybe incapable of doing it too... LOL... Eh wait, a remote trigger?! That's very very challenging if it's going to be a wireless one sweat.gif

So far nobody DIY one?

The wired trigger can be easily made but so far no one has designed their own schematic for wireless trigger. Some of them bought and modify DIY kits to work as a wireless trigger.

Yeap, the pop-out flash of 450D is taller than 400D too. That's the same reason why I chose 450D instead of 400D other than the features.

"Get the one you feel comfortable holding and playing it."

That's the comment I got the most when I was searching for a suitable DSLR.

justin, why not wait for Canon - World of EOS roadshow end of this month at Suria KLCC where they might give 1 + 2 yr extended warranty. I'm waiting patiently....

They all selling at retail price ler. Can DIE man...
Plus, i dont plan to get the kit set. Plannin on getting a tammy 1750f2.8 drool.gif
And i think if i get it from a camera shop, all in pakage wif lens, filter, extra batt, big SD card. can nice nice price flex.gif
I dont think canon is in to bargaining or packaging biggrin.gif
Though the extra warranty is kinda tempting. blush.gif

Added on May 19, 2008, 11:34 amHmm, which shop u guys recommend more.
J-One @ Amcorp Mall
or
Photoselangor @ Pertama Complex
In terms of cheapest prices and good customer service.
Plan to get my 450D and Tammy lens from either shops.
One more thing. Should i get a Hoya UV filter or a Hoya Lens Protector?
I just want a filter to protect my tammy lens, just incase.
What are the rough prices of both filters? i think the filter size is 67mm i think

My price survey tells me that J One and PhotoSelangor price is comparable but c/w kitlens. Not sure abt body only price.

Boeing at Sg Wang is not bad too. A guy there called Howard has good customer service. Very patient! Price is also reasonable. Can sign on credit card oso with no surcharge. Sounds good right!.

Let us know ur experience after you bought it, if possible breakdown the prices as it will help us to be smarter future grass eater. hmm.gif

G'luck!
