is 450D compatible with eye-fi? since 450D already use SD...like D60, it can detect eye-fi and adjust its power...

Wow what albnok said is true. o.o Better get 40D straight lol.
But maybe you should wait a bit lar. Maybe the 450D kit will drop to 3K or so and 2.5K for body.

QUOTE(bunvirus @ Apr 4 2008, 12:00 PM) wat ever it is.. im really dissapointed with the 450D price.. damn its pricy!!!! PO, dun need to worry, the 450D price will drop soon....since it is new and just launched. after 3-6month price will drop, just depend on how many of us can wait until the price drop. most properly 400D will not discontinue soon, coz need to fight a market sony A200, and olympus Dslr camera.... Mostly 400D will drop less than RM2000 soon...anyway it is good for us coz we're consumers... This post has been edited by eagle.ng: Apr 7 2008, 09:48 AM

Any one had hands on experience with the 450d or know where we can touch molest it ?
I went and try the 400D wasnt very comfortable on my hands and placement of buttons werent that good. Heard that 450D had some improvement on both button placements and grip.

QUOTE(ronniefai @ Apr 7 2008, 03:46 PM) OMG. Can you believe this?!! Quote from the thread hereThe price is reasonable for japan set. I have ways to get imported 40D body for 3400 only but not everyone dare to take such risks, including myself.

@pinku
I would advice you to start learning with the kit lens for a few months first. Then maybe you can try out the 50mm f/1.8 the cheapest prime in the EF family and provides decent bokeh. Maybe a sigma 70-300 APO lens too. Just read around the threads here and I'm sure you'll be able to learn fast. Welcome to the DSLR world anyway!
