my recomendation:
sigma 18-200 DC OS - RM1.7k
BG-E3 - RM400
total = RM2.1k
another RM900 u can save for 430EX or add some for 580EX II nod.gif

I think it depend on what kind of photo you are shooting smile.gif

Here is what im using...

EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 lens (landscapes)

EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens (portraits)

EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 Telephoto lens (Sports & Outdoor)

you can either use 6 AA batt or either 1 or 2 canon batt, it comes with two different magazine for you to slot in the battery. canon ori batt is 200+,
