Thanks....

Better not go for cheap rabbits la. If you want get a decent one. Baby rabbits should only go home after 8 weeks. 1-2 months too small. And what seemed to be a healthy kit does not reflect the health internally. The problem with many ill-informed potential new owners is that they always go for the cuteness. But that is something very very wrong. 8 weeks old rabbits may not be as cute but they are healthy and eventually, they will grow up healthy. I believe the last thing that you want is to get 1-2 months bunny and have it dying on you.

Good luck looking for perfect bunny.

Hi people,

Just want to lament over an incident that just happened. I am so sad with the mentality of some LYN members. Many claim to be learned and yet, I get people using photos that I posted on my blog as their own (in their blog in particular).

It is so sad that they claim to be learned and still do not understand the meaning of Intellectual Property.

That being said, I think I will quit posting photos on LYN from now onwards. Totally disappointed.

I have approached this person and she just pretends nothing has happened. Sadly, the photos are still on her blog. Very sad case Malaysia Boleh mentality. Malaysia is doomed with more people of this sort.

Really SAKAI.

Thank goodness the photos has been removed. But not without much complains. LOL...

If you people ever stumble across this blog, it is stated that I am a rabbit seller, please let me correct that, I am not rabbit seller. LOL!!!!

And yes, I do interview people very thoroughly if they are interested with my rabbits. That is what a responsible breeder would do.

Well, it wasn't the first time but, I still get shocked with that reaction. People just do not like being interview when they buy pets. They just like to go pick whatever they see and no question asked.

So that leaves me in a dilemma, whether I should make sure my rabbits go to good home or just shut up and let them live or die in good or bad homes. My goodness...

That is just so sad.....

This person that used my photos in her blog PMed me before asking me where I got my cute rabbit. She wanted to buy. I just told her I do not have anything for her and I would interview plainly because I want to make sure I get good homes for my rabbits (if i have). Instead she labeled me as STUCK UP RABBIT SELLER in her BLOG!

WaoooaaAAa LauuuuueeeeeehhHhHHhHHhh.....this is in fact MALAYSIA wor!!!! No education one!!!!!

I am sort of speechless now!

QUOTE(11Jan @ Jun 12 2008, 11:19 PM)
did someone have something against u interviewing ppl before u agree to sell them your rabbits? hmm... whats wrong with that?? i dont breed, but if i did, i would do the same.. no way would i let my rabbits go to a bad home! only the very very best home would qualify tongue.gif

yeah...too much work watermarking...so i rather not post...lol!!!

Alright, I believe most are curious which blog I am referring to. Here you go:

http://juzanniess.blogspot.com/

Just judge for yourself. She even feature my blog (copy and paste)...AMAZING...another intellectual property violation. LOL!!!!!!

How come she still fail to see the cause of this entire drama? I am only against her not asking permission to use photos, why go all the way to other topics....just amazingly stubborn.....

All she needs to do is just say, "Can I use some of those cute photos from your blog?". But here she is....going on and on about her "problem".....

Must be some rich spoiled brat or anything of that sort....

RESPECT RESPECT....

Thanks for the support! LOL....

Thanks for informing about this person. I did not know she's an animal agent. she did inquire about my rabbits just because it is cute. Lucky thing I do not have anything to offer her if not I will regret for the rest of my LIFE!

QUOTE(krynzpeaches @ Jun 13 2008, 03:26 PM)
That person is just out selling pets to make a quick buck.

She doesn't even know about the pets she's selling, when people ask, her answers are all wrong and hay wire, yet some people who did not do proper research will believe her and thank her for the info mad.gif

Interviewing buyers is not wrong, it shows we care about the animal we are selling or re-homing...

I think that so-called blogger is just an a$$!
If she is arguing with you about your own property ie: photos or copy just tell her you have the right to bring her to higher authority or to court!

I've worked on IP stuff before and you CAN drag her down!

Don't give face, tell it plain to her "I CAN SUE YOU!"

That would serve her right for arguing in the first place and even selling those poor rabbits(and other animals!)

I fully support you!

It was quite disturbing for me too when I see HATE RABBITS BECAUSE THEY POO A LOT. Then tiba² got new post carrying a rabbit! LOL!!!!!

Ironic.

Anyhow, the way I see it, it takes a lot for a Sugar Glider lover to come share thoughts in Rabbit Thread. Something must be very wrong with this animal trader man....

I think we should stop giving her free publicity already.

Let's look forward for a better future for all our pets!

QUOTE(krynzpeaches @ Jun 13 2008, 03:41 PM)
The way she's trying to sell and tell people about the pet she is selling is really sad, like making up the story from thin air!

And the way she promotes them without caring if the buyer has full understanding about what they want to buy is also sad... I guess that's why she thinks interviewing before selling is nonsense...

*edited*

Furthermore claiming to hate rabbits cuz they shit a lot, yet purchasing one for own keeping...

Is sad and funny at the same time that this kind of people exist.

for dwarf breeds, normally 4 months onwards. If yours is a pure jersey wooly, then should be around there. 2.5 months is still too early for maturity. If LULI is a buck, it is quite normal for the MOJOJO to "naik bendera".....

QUOTE(jaanu1128 @ Jun 13 2008, 11:02 PM)
i have a rabbit...jersey wooly named LULI...he's 2 and half month old...yesterdayi found out that his "MOJO" "wake up"...is he horny? at what age actually rabbit start matured?? isn't it too early coz he's just still young? or its normal for a rabbit?

oh, there's a couple of youtube videos featuring rabbits humping soft toys...

If don't like this type of behaviour can get the buck neutered

it is normal because he is a buck (male rabbit). If male rabbit do not have mojo then something wrong.

Actually were you trying to say that he is starting to hump?

2.5 months should not be humping actually unless u got the wrong age.

QUOTE(jaanu1128 @ Jun 13 2008, 11:20 PM)
i don't really understand...is that mean he's normal??

djspinnet,

Very sorry to hear that. Just let him go peacefully if he has to. Hope you recover from this sadness soon....

There are few things you can look into when this happens:

1) Rabbits never get bored and will not die without sex, so you can still keep him alone.
2) However he may start to show sexual behaviors such as circling your feet, humping and spraying - then you may opt for neutering (mengembiri)
3) Think twice or more before breeding your rabbit - will you be able to handle the many baby rabbits if you get him a gf, are there genetic problems that may passed down and most of all, will you be able to find good homes for the baby rabbits.

The topic of breeding has been discussed for many times and please please please make sure you practice responsible pet ownership.

QUOTE(jaanu1128 @ Jun 13 2008, 11:34 PM)
OIC...sometime he likes to circulate around my foot...I've read that this is means his getting horny..is that right? i notice his mojo bangun after he circulate my foot...and then a day after that i saw he humped on the floor ( i saw his tail up and down) ...and when i picked him up mojo bangun already...what should i do? do i need to find GF for him  brows.gif
